Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. **Defective or Damaged Items**: In the event that a product is received defective or damaged, customers are required to notify EazeFit within 7 days of receipt. A detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence, should be provided to facilitate the return process. EazeFit will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

3. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone. Upon approval, customers will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Returns must be shipped to the address provided in the return authorization. It is recommended that customers use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75, as EazeFit cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. **Refunds**: Once the returned item is received and inspected, EazeFit will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. **Exchanges**: EazeFit does not offer direct exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. **Non-Returnable Items**: Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software products, and personal care items. Please ensure to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
